Protocol For All Delivery Types:

Junglegyms2u is not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If any shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shippment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a resonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipients, a refund for the pruchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees incurred by Junglegyms2u.

While Junglegyms2u works closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed and various factors can impact the carriers ability to deliver within the expected time frame.

These Factors Include:

♦ The carriers equipment

♦ Holidays

♦Weather

♦ Other unforseen events that may delay shipping times

Deliveries refused including those due to late deliveries on the carriers behalf will be refunded minus all the incurred shipping costs which may inslude, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.

Junglegyms2u guanrantees that all parts, correct and functioning, are included when the product is handed over to the carrier. SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT UPON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS!  Recipient must inspect all shipments thoroughly upon receipt. The shipping company will NOT leave the products without someone being there to sign for it. You must note any damage on the delivery receipt and also have the driver do the same. IMPORTANT!! DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT! You must notify Junglegyms2u within 3 business days of receiving a shipment with damages. You musk keep all packaging and damaged goods until claim is resolved. Junglegyms2u may require you to send pictures of the damage, this will speed up the process to get your product replaced.

Return Policy:

Returns are allowed within 14 business days of original ship date as long as products are in original packaging, the items are unused, and the items are in resalable condition. Please Contact Us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Term & Agreements:

Most small accessories will ship via UPS; however, many of the products available on this website are delivered via freight carrier (swing sets, playhouses and some playset addons). When the shipment arrives at the freight terminal near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment. While the carrier may allow some flexability in appointment times, lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees. Junglegyms2u is not responsible for such fees.

The carrier will deliver and unload as close to your property line (curbside) as is accessible by the delivery vehicle. Freight services are prepaid and no additional charges should be presented to you at eh time of delivery. However you may request additional services of the carrier (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change) When the carrier contacts you for a delivery appointment. These services may involve additonal charges and are not the responsibility of Junglegyms2u.

Merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Its very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occured during transport. ANY damages that are discovered must be noted on the bill of lading/delivery receipt tht you sign. Have the driver initial any damages report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Failure to document any transportation related damage may result in delays or even the in ability for us to send you replacement parts.

Flat Rate For Shipping Is A Low $79.00 For All Swing Sets, Playsets, and Jungle gyms.

All items will ship within 5 to 7 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
